Proposals of meals according to the recipes of the Chef - Marcin Bała:
Boletuses on potato pancakes
Ingredients:
• 0.5kg of boletuses
• 0.7kg of potatoes
• 2 eggs
• wheat meal, cake flour - 2 spoons of each
• 200ml of cream
• 150ml of oil
• 150g of onion
• 50g of butter
• garlic
• parsley-top
• lettuce
• chive
• marjoram
• salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
Clean the boletuses, rinse and wipe them, do not soak them in water, cut them into cubes, fry them on butter, add mushrooms, salt and pepper and stew until evaporation of half of the juice, add cream and stew for about 6 minutes. Then add the parsly-top. During the mushroom stewing , prepare the pancakes. Grate the potatoes on the smallest grated mesh, drain them off from water, add flour, marjoram and chopped garlic. Fry the pancakes on oil, drain them off from fat, put them on the plate, pour with boletuses and decorate.
