An exceptionally charming decorations of the interiors of our restaurant, warmth of colour, windows with a beautiful view to the lake, plant decorations on the walls and pillars, and a fountain at the central point give a respite and encourage to the consumption of exquisitely prepared dishes.
The Chef decided to use the richness of the surrounding lakes and included delicious dishes from pike-perch, perch, eel, tench or European white fish in the menu. The dishes made of sea fish such as halibut, sole or salmon constitute the variation of the menu.
Apart from the delicious fish dishes, there are various meat dishes, seafood and pasta casseroles in the menu, whose recipes originate both from the dishes of the regional and international cuisine.
The nearness of the Piska Forest allows the venison dishes such as deer fillet or boar chop and dishes from the undergrowth – mainly mushrooms to be present in the menu.
